How to Save When Going to Supermarkets!


1. Don't shop when you're hungry. Going to the supermarket on a full stomach will help you avoid impulse buys, which will not only add to your expenses, but also tend to be less nutritious.

Kumain muna bago pumunta at bumili sa Supermarket.
Reason: Pag gutom ka, malaki ang tendency na kumuha ka ng mga pagkain na hindi naman kasama sa budget mo gaya ng prepared foods, potato chips, sweets, breads etc.

NEVER GO GROCERY SHOPPING WHEN YOU'RE HUNGRY. YOU'LL BUY TOO MUCH!

2.Kung prutas o gulay ang bibilhin, mas mainam kumuha sa may likuran o ilalim na bahagi. This technique also goes with any perishable goods (yogurts, milks, hams, hotdogs etc.) and non-perishable items/foods like canned foods, rice, pasta, soap, detergents etc.). However, it's still best to check the expiry dates stamped on packages.

Reason: Karaniwan na ang nasa ibabaw o harap ng shelves ang mas madaling maexpire.

3. If you're in a strict budget, DON'T bring your children at the supermarket!
Reason: Self explanatory na po, he he he he!
